145 distance of objects #146

Description

Fixes #144, #145

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

We should be able to avoid obstacles now. Also the LIDAR-Position has changes slightly in agent.py, because the Camera an the LIDAR have to be in the exact same posisiton.
