[Bug]: Update Package Name of leaderboard-2.0 #309

Current Behavior

The package is still called paf23 and includes both the carla simulator and the agent.

Expected Behavior

They should be seperate packages and have their names changed.

How to reproduce the issue

No response

Since the changes of renaming the project the agent is now under the package name paf. We should rename the package of the carla simulator to a more descriptive name than paf23 or paf.
