Add options to disable gradients in the Gearset Switcher Widget

This simply adds two options to:

• disable the gradient across the whole Gearset Switcher Widget based on your current job
• disable the gradient on each gearset according to that job's role

And adds the functionality behind these options as well.

It now updates each gearset's node each time the switcher widget is opened.

The option to disable the current-job gradient requires opening and closing the widget one extra time to get the option to change, despite calling the function OnOpen(), this may need tweaked.
