[Feature Request] Add a sanctuary indicator to the location widget. #18

Add the "Moon" icon that normally shows on the EXP bar when you are in sanctuary somewhere in the location widget. Maybe as an overlay in the corner of the weather icon. If that's too vague/unclear/cluttery, move it to the main location text.
