Add translations to Accessibility Widget #257

Unfortunately I wasn't able to test the build. Maybe it is possible to refactor the code a bit further, to also have the values in the ColorBlind dropdown translatable and/or to get rid of the checkbox to enable it (selection could directly enable the feature).
