Add experience bar as gearset switcher background #285

This PR adds the option to enable the display of the experience bar as background of the gearset switcher.

The width is configurable ranging from 100 to 500 (set to 200 on the screenshot above), and the colors used are the one from the appearance theme (just like gearset switcher buttons)
