[Feature Request] Add Current World to Toolbar, Close to where the last DTR is #36

as title suggested, since it might look like it's possible that umbra toolbar completely remove the need of server info HUD, the only missing part of toolbar right side is just the current world you're in

This is already available, but a bit more subtle to preserve space on the right side of the toolbar (since it's already pretty cramped).

Whenever you are visiting a world that is not your home world, the name will show next to the weather name.
