[Feature Request] Hide Umbra during Idle Cam #48

FFXIV has the Idle Cam mode, which can be manually triggered by the /icam command, or automatically after a while being AFK. Since it is a cinematic mode, equivalent to Gpose (they even look the same on your friends list), Umbra should probably be able to hide during it.

Also, re-check visibility on Loading Screens not respecting the current settings (i.e. Showing when it shouldn't)
