[Feature Request] Remove the limit on the left/right margin of the toolbar. #64

The toolbar margin currently has an arbitrary limit of 2048 pixels.
Apparently there is a use-case for something like this:
So this, or if possible, add a horizontal offset, similar to the vertical one.
