[Bug] Reassigning gearset id's doesn't reorder the gearset switcher until restart #74

When manually reassigning gearset ID's in the native gearset window, the Gearset Switcher does not pick up on this to re-assign the gearsets into the correct categories.

Workaround: Restarting the plugin from the settings window fixes the issue.
