[Feature Request] Show synced level in gearset switcher widget when FATE or Duty-synced. #83

Only show in the toolbar widget, since this information is tied to the current job only. Show the level sync icon, followed with the synced level next to the itemlevel.

As a bonus, figure out if its possible to grab the synced itemlevel from somewhere as well.
