Effects would apply on Emojis #280

Hi,

It is a light great app that I got to know because of the Cloudflare Apps. But the only thing is when you have Emojis in your website (mine is a Wordpress) and they are SVGs, the filters would apply to them as well. :D

So if there would be an option it will be great :)
