[Suggestion] Consistent Sound-types #100

A feature that changes some of the sounds of some blocks to the newer 1.16 and 1.17 sfx

leaves and other foliage uses the azalea leaves sounds
magma blocks use the netherrack sounds
cobwebs and string use wool sounds
water destroy (sponge soaking) use water bucket fill sound
lily pad makes big dripleaf sounds when broken
