extra particle events #90

there are a lot of missed opportunities for some particles that I think could be implemented in fabrication here's a list of my ideas

bubbles come up when you open a waterlogged chest
rising bubbles when a player is drowning
minecraft:reverse_portal particle in the spot where an enderman teleports to
angry villager particle when you fail a trade
minecraft:flash particle on ender dragon death
