Update web banner #7

@slowe Replace contest banner with Space Scoop Christmas/winter banner

@TheTrashFactory I don't have the banner. Also, I'm still waiting for @bruno-rino to help me work out why I can't update SpaceScoop.

@TheTrashFactory Sorry to be dim but that link gives me a folder of folders. Which file should I be choosing? Is this just the background image that contains the "Space Scoop contest" text?

I fixed other issues the other week but wasn't able to make them live because the commands I run to update the website weren't working. And I don't know what to do about that without anyone to give me any advice.

After that we can use the white banner and the moving logo.
