By default, plugins use key prefix "uwsgi" and this should be reflected in the documentation.
Generated template (--zabbix-template) uses key names without a prefix and it does not work. Example: <key>core.busy_workers</key> It should be: <key>prefix.core.busy_workers</key>

Conveniently it would also display the name of the instance in the field name.

Also, the host name of the uwsgi server in the Zabbix must match the host name of the machine on which the uwsgi is running
