Whatever this means it's what you need to sort out:
ld: cannot link directly with dylib/framework, your binary is not an allowed client of /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/config/libpython2.7.tbd for architecture x86_64
Why compiling an old version of uwsgi for an unsupported python version though?
the project using Django with python2 ,dependency is uwsgi==2.0.18; but get trouble when deploy on my mac
@elsitlte have you solved that issue? I've got on old project and trying to build it on my mac ( 12.1 ) it gets me the same message.
So this issue just died? uWSGI community is not going to support later versions of GCC? Seems like everyone is running Ubuntu, but for us RHEL users, I am running RHEL 8.X and gcc-4.8 was removed in RHEL8.
So now what? Other links on the web say containerize/install VM or Podman using RHEL 7.
I came from Gunicorn becase the TLS features would not work, hoping to use uWSGI. I may have to move away from Django and web frameworks because its rabbit hole after rabbit hole.
I get this error when running "pip install uwsgi==2.0.18" in a python 2.7 environment: mac os version 12.0.1 xcode version 13.1 python version 2.7.18
