Browsers, OSes, and BrowsersToTest are now pregenerated. See files in profiler/data/.
All useragent strings (intoli + browserstack) are now combined a consistent data format.

I'll commit the updated data files in a subsequent push, once you merge this PR -- I didn't want to clutter the PR with 1k+ changes.
