When trying to request template approval I get this error even though my Project Cache config element is valid

error Root.Resources.CodeBuildProject.Properties.Cache.Modes: invalid property for ProjectCache

Disabling the linting is an okay work around though

@jpb sounds like we need to tweak laundry for this
