Build from scratch for bundler #10

Hi:

I made a few changes to allow the gem to build directly from source so that I can pull directly from a git repo and have it build. The main addition to do that was just to make sure that the git submodule for WaxSim is initiallized.

Another change here is that I removed the file build products from WaxSim in the Jeweler configuration, so that the gemspec doesn't prevent rake tasks from running.

I'm not sure if this is the right way to handle this.
