Add Badge to XL Ambassador Tab on Side Bar #200

This ticket would add a number badge on the side of the XL Ambassador tab to denote someone trying to check into the XL when you are on a different tab.

This functionality may also be useful in the future for the friend request and course care features.

We really need to get a push system via websockets going, at some point.
