Note: this story was only focused on creating office hour events, for the frontend side a lot of components are hard-coded for visual purposes. As we continue to build out stories we will adjust these items as well. On the event-creation form, oh_section has been hard-coded. This will also need to be adjusted once more event stories have been built out.
