Update Ticket When UTA Calls Ticket

As Uhlissa UTA, I want to be able to open a ticket and see the student’s name and profile picture so that I can identify who I’ll be helping.

• When UTA calls a ticket, need to update caller id field in ticket entity
• Fetch student profile photo or default
• Update view on student side when called
