This pull request adds a new, temporary COMP 423 Project Showcase to showcase the amazing projects that have been completed this semester!

Idea courtesy of @aliciasbao and another student in the class!

New Additions

Creation of a new ShowcaseService and relevant model.
Adds a new GET API route /api/showcase accessible only to members logged in.
Adds a new page at /showcase to show off projects!
No database table added (data is supplied as raw text - marked as "don't try this at home"), so no migration needed.

Testing

The frontend was tested with honcho start.
Yes, I made a unit test for the service, and it is at 100% test coverage 🤪
