This pull request includes some hotfixes that fix some issues in the deployment of the My Courses feature.

Changes

Add enrollment and instructor information to the Section Catalog view.
Remove the disabled Join button on the My Courses page.
Add better labeling of meeting patterns for sections on course site cards.
Fix the Read CSV function to import students into classes.
Fix the office hours ticket creation.
