Some counter-parties that will be the subject of a 4-eyes verification (ie the recipient of the email) may themselves want to integrate and automate verification rather than get spammed with emails.
This would require an event callback. Therefore we should specify a subscription API end point that allows the registrant to specify their callback end point. Agree?
