Move property descriptions to relationship #122

Property descriptions should be moved from the property (rdf:comment) to the property relationship (schema:domainIncludes).

Rather than bundling the property descriptions on the property: image

We should list them individually on the references: image

The property description is taken now from cefactElementMetadata image
