[PROPOSAL] Hosting of LD Context and term URI identification using similar conventions than GS1 #137

as per discussions with @nissimsan on Slack I suggest:

Use https://ref.gs1.org/gs1/uri-policy/ as a reference guideline. If so we would have

https://ref.unece.org/vocabulary/trade/uncefact-trade-context.jsonld as the URL that hosts the UN/CEFACT Buy-Ship-Pay Vocabulary's LD Context.

The terms of the Vocabulary will be identified by URIs of the form:

https://ref.unece.org/vocabulary/trade/<term>

(trade here is just a suggestion it can be other way of differentiating this vocabulary from other potential vocabularies that can be produced in the future)

For instance

https://ref.unece.org/vocabulary/trade/Consignment https://ref.unece.org/vocabulary/trade/Document https://ref.unece.org/vocabulary/trade/identificationType
