Add Search feature #150

We had search on the previous version which was super nice. I still revert back to that just for searching. Let's get it into https://vocabulary.uncefact.org/ too.

Look into AWS search capabilities.

AWS CloudSearch domain has been configured for the test environment: http://search-un-vocab-preview-sam-bucket-rgm52hgipfi65fzozcxi4ii7kq.ap-southeast-2.cloudsearch.amazonaws.com/2013-01-01/search?q=applicable

The next step is to add a search input on HTML pages and parse the results.
