`unlcdv:functions` should be spelled in singular

All RDF props should be in singular, although they naturally admit multiple values.

You can see an illustration at https://github.com/uncefact/spec-jsonld/issues/182#issuecomment-1733179703: there are 3 values of the same prop, but each of them is a single value, so should be called unlcdv:function
If a certain UNLOCODE has only one function, is it ok to call the prop functions?
