I captured my objections in https://github.com/uncefact/spec-untp/issues/91.

I'm fine that we merge this, but under the condition that this is only a preliminary data model and https://github.com/uncefact/spec-untp/issues/91 gets addressed.

+1 for @nissimsan comments, I also noticed a lot of elements seems to be duplicating already present fields/features of the VC specification. It opens the door for some inconsistencies down the line...what if the value of issuedBy doesn't match the issuer?
