This is the first draft of the test architecture and describes how we see the testing of the UNTP and extensions coming together.

Need to

fix wording in the diagram (graph vs link?) - also describe what this means
review lists of scope (doesnt look quite right)
Principle - if any spec item says MUST or SHOULD then correspodningly we MUST or SHOUL provide clarity on how to test.
