Lex to bgraph #156

What this PR does is it links the work done by @adamocarolli on bgraph to a simple lex interface and makes the resultant subgraphs available in the bio component, which is for now just a console.log. Work done here is to be further extended by @RosaRomeroGomez with the subgraph viewer.

Some lingering comments from me and Rosa that should be resolved. But really good work here, this is an impressive and simple solution to building up bgraph queries! Giving my approval now in anticipation of the comments being resolved.
