Re-enable bio node drilldown panel and dynamically fetch subgraph node metadata from EMMAA #169

This PR re-enables bio drilldown panel and dynamically fetches data from EMMAA endpoints. To test just click around the covid-19 subgraph, there should be no errors. Note that I just put in some metadata from both EMMAA and from the subgraph node as a proof that it works. Let me know what data would be useful to have available between the two sources.

Heres some of the metadata available
