The saved runs should be displayed as points, not line

Some additional comments:

What about using functions from SVGUtil such as pathFn and createChart for the multilineplot? Is that planned for a subsequent PR? I think we could also add to the SVGUtil a function to create linear scales since we will use them quite a bit.
I think I'd move away from graphs/svg/encodings and maybe create a new file under the Simulation view.
