Added help messages for users in the Simulation Space #319

What

Created a MessageDisplay component that can be used across the app more consistently.
Added help messages in the Simulation space per Emily's suggestions.
Replaced alerts by the use of this component across the app (at least the ones I could find)

Testing

Select a model and open the simulation space, messages should show up there.
You can also drilldown into a node/edge without metadata and see messages there in the Models view.
