What?

Fix #328
Rename Highlighted to Displayed to avoid confusion with the highlighted boxes on single click

How?

Checked the node arrays in ModelPanel and EpiRenderer to ensure the ids of displayed nodes were correct
Updated d3 remove() to make yellow dots disappear
