Handle `StopSearch` request #210

The TA3 can send the TA2 a StopSearch request, as described in the TA3TA2 API (https://gitlab.com/datadrivendiscovery/ta3ta2-api/-/blob/devel/core.proto#L237). We currently don't handle this other than to log it.
