Updates for new contrib primitives package #280

  1. Updates the dockerfile to refer to latest distil-primitives and the new distil-primitives-contrib repository
  2. Removes pipelines that were only included to force contrib primitives through d3m-primitives (they are no longer submitted so this isn't needed)
  3. Update references to contrib primitives where necessary
