Configure the Grid Line Colors on Any Chart #59

Provide chart creators the ability to change the gridline color of any chart with gridlines visible. The grid lines are are a component with the SVG with the "chart-lines: class.

@alcwhite @Stamates @tmecklem I was not sure if this is something we can currently configure or not?

@rheubach Yes, this is currently configurable by setting line_color on Uncharted.Axes.MagnitudeAxis.
