SS4 branch? #86

Hi, just wondering if this will get a SS 4 branch added?

I'm way behind on these upgrades. Currently trying to get betterbuttons and displaylogic over the line as they have the highest install base of all my modules. This one is a priority, too, but it's just lower. PR's very much welcome!
