latest ss3 version with php 7.2 support #98

This is 1.5.0 tag from master with added support for PHP 7.2 and backward compatibility according to SS 3.7 release notes. So this one should be the most up to date SS3 version with added compatibility, it would be maybe nice if this will be branch for SS3 (I do not know, I am not an expert here).
