API Implement namespacing, add upgrade mapping, injector configuration for legacy access #153

Includes #151 at the moment, but I can rebase this once merged.

Summary of changes:

Add namespacing to all classes (UncleCheese\BetterButtons as the vendor/package)
Run upgrader tool to implement framework namespacing throughout, tidy up output from it
Rename the template for the DropdownFormAction to the namespaced location. Not sure whether it needs to be done for the includes yet.
Add Injector configuration for being able to access a button by it's non-namespaced name
