7 months ago I also encountered such an error while executing the git pull command. In this case, If you execute the following statement, the repository will be successfully cloned.
git restore --source=HEAD :/
I can't explain the exact reason, but I think the path to the files pointed out above cannot be read properly during the git pull process.
