At http://artsci.drake.edu/grout/mathbox/examples/polar2.html, I'm running into problems trying to make MathBox only occupy a div.

If elementResize is true, labels appear correctly, but dragging the graph makes it disappear.
If elementResize is false, labels don't appear on the graph, but dragging the graph works
