DO gas properties first, the rebase

Refactored: Enhanced and expanded the documentation for particle properties to improve clarity (citations) and change some calculations.
Restructured Module Organization:
- Moved particle and particle-gas properties into a new particles.properties folder to centralize related functionalities and improve module navigation.
- Exposed the calculations in the properties module through __init__.py, allowing easier access and import management.
Updated Properties:
- The following properties have been replicated and updated with accompanying tests:

- coulomb_enhancement
- diffusive_knudsen
- friction_factor
- mean_thermal_speed
- partial_pressure
- slip_correction
