REBASE after PR #461
New Gas species representation.
species.py: Introduces a class for managing collections of gas species, allowing them to be treated similarly or grouped for clarity in simulations. This class tracks essential attributes of species name, molar mass, vapor pressure strategies, condensability, and concentration.species_builder.py: Provides a builder class to construct species objects with necessary validation checks and unit conversions, ensuring each species is correctly initialized.Deleted I removed the old draft versions of aerosol, process and particles. They conflict with this approach, and will be reintroduced correctly with their own PR.
