Makes the following changes:

Adds TorchStore, which allows simulation reuse between rounds, but only for a single training run.
Make SwyftModel into an Iterator and add SwyftOnlineDatastore to make it simple to generate training data online (at least, for CPU-based models).
Bugfix in SwyftTrainer.
