Docs in the link to these docs that specifies following paths for the json file:

• %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\settings.json
• %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WinGet\Settings\settings.json

We can reuse same code we use for setting vscode setting.json. SetVsCodeSetting can be generalized to something like SetJsonFileSetting with parametrized filePath, and can be used by for this.
