update: Show a getting started guide inthe side bar for new collection #52

This closes #41. Items will automatically clear as a Readme, Schema, and Version are added.

Step 1 highlights the Readme section.
Step 2 navigates to the Schema tab.
Step 3 navigates to the Data tab.

Once a version of data has been published, the regular sidebar will be visible.
